What started out as a hobby to lose weight and get into shape quickly became a passion for me as yoga began to have such a positive impact on my overall health and well-being. I have been practicing for over 10yrs and I now teach Yoga full-time and dedicate my life to mastering the practice of Yoga.
I originate from Taiwan which is where I completed my first 200hrs of Teacher Training with the acclaimed Stephen Thomas. I have continued to completed over 500 hrs of yoga teacher training across various styles of Yoga including Yin & SmartFLOW. I specialise in Alignment Flow which focuses on helping you understand the correct yoga posture alignment to ensure you are practicing in a safe manner to avoid any long-term injury. My teaching style accommodates students of all levels making my classes interesting and enjoyable for all.
I spent my early years of life in the most colourful state of India, Rajasthan. I was sent to a school where the teachings of Yoga & Sanskrit were seeded in my early childhood learning. Life took me to many countries working as an Information Technology Project Manager and as an I.T. Educator in numerous Universities around the world including the University of Technology in Brisbane. The circle of life took me back to India in 2008 where I started to practice Yoga again.
I encourage people to transition from simply being an attendee of a yoga class to becoming a lifelong learner of this age-less & time-less practice of Yoga.

I am passionate about yoga for mental health and cancer patients, and I believe that yoga and meditation play an important role within this. Sometimes we get stuck in life and can temporarily lose our balance. Beside other interventions, yoga can be helpful when this happens. I teach flowing movement with a strong emphasis on the connection of breath and body and its therapeutic qualities.
My intention is that through Yoga and Meditation, you find peace, joy, and balance in your life. Yoga can bring together the mind, body, spirit, and heart. It doesn’t matter how old/young or flexible you are…. my classes are about being present and connecting with yourself. They are fun, empowering and calm..
