Why would four people who have practiced yoga for less than 18 months decide to run a yoga studio?
As students of Kaizen Yoga, we’ve each seen the difference that yoga has made in our own lives (over the coming weeks you can read a little more about each of our yoga journeys’ on our blog). Everyone’s experience is different, but we all agree that practicing yoga regularly has improved our wellbeing. It has made us physically stronger and more flexible. It has also improved our peace of mind, our positivity and our resilience.
When we heard that Kaizen Yoga was going to close its doors in March 2017, we agreed that being able to practice yoga in a studio with excellent instructors on the western side of Ipswich was important to us. So……why not keep Kaizen Yoga open?
Our hope is to build a sustainable yoga studio that can continue to bring the many benefits of yoga to our community. Kaizen is a yoga studio run for students by students – and we are proud to be students of Kaizen Yoga. Just like you, we pay membership fees, and we are not paid for the time or effort it takes to run the studio. This is for the love!
We hope you come to love yoga as much as we do. See you in class!
