Next month we will be busy here at Kaizen yoga! In fact, we have lots of fun events planned for you lovely yogis over the coming months. We are excited to have some fun and to build an even greater sense of community amongst our wonderful students and teachers.
We often get enquiries from people wishing to start yoga asking which classes are suitable for beginners or where they should start, and we know that some people are apprehensive about trying classes new when they don’t know what to expect. So we thought we would write a blog post answering these questions and describing the classes a little more so that people who want to try a class that they don’t normally do will feel more comfortable knowing what they’re in for.

Posture is not something everyone always pays attention to, and most people have to work at having good posture. But if our posture is not correct, then we usually end up with a plethora of aches and pains, so it’s something that we should learn more about and strive to maintain. This will prove invaluable
